Abstract submission deadline

Abstracts must be submitted using the online abstract submission console.

Click the Submit Abstract button on the console page, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt.

You will receive an email message to confirm that it has been accepted or rejected including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence.

The preference between oral communication or poster presentation should be indicated by the applicant during the submission process but the final decision on the format of presentation will be made by the International Organising Committee.

Once the abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference and present the work at the conference.

Your abstract will not be edited; you are responsible for any spelling, grammatical, and typographical errors.

If you have any queries or problems about abstract submission, please do not hesitate to ask us: info@isga2015.com .Quote your reference number if you already have one. Please DO NOT RESUBMIT your abstract, as this may lead to duplication.

You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. If you do not receive anything, please send an email to info@isga2015.com to make sure we have received your abstract.

Oral presentations
  • You must deliver a digital copy of your presentation to the Registration Desk no later than the evening BEFORE your presentation. Congress staff members will deliver the files to the venue ahead of time.
  • Arrive at the meeting room before the session begins and contact the session convener for last-minute instructions or changes in the schedule.
  • Your total time slot will be 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes for questions).
  • A laptop computer and projector will be provided for your presentation. PowerPoint (.pptx) software is preferred.
  • Ensure that your visual aids can be seen clearly from a distance of at least 20 meters.
  • A cordless slide advancer with built-in laser pointer will be provided.
  • Do not exceed the allocated time for your presentation.
Posters
  • If you are presenting a poster, please report to the registration desk. You will receive instructions about where to hang your poster.
  • Authors should be present at the respective poster during the special poster session.
  • We offer a poster print service. If you are interest in this service, please click here.
  • Size of poster board (usable space): 95 cm wide and 200 cm high (vertical/portrait!).
